Your Tasks

You accompany customers in their transformation from the classic procedure in IT to modern operating concepts and support them in the digitization of their business processes. You have access to an attractive portfolio of solution-oriented services and products from leading technology providers. They scan the market and identify business opportunities. With your communicative strength, you recognize open and hidden problems of a customer and can define these requirements, structure them and present them in solutions. Your focus is on building long-term business relationships by leading prospects into active customer relationships and expanding existing customers.

Your Profile

  • Freshly obtained university degree, comparable level of knowledge, or many years of experience in IT sales.
  • High thirst for knowledge about current developments in the areas of Microsoft, cloud and modern IT infrastructures and solutions in the IoT environment.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and concepts such as managed service, hybrid cloud and much more.
  • Implementation strength to lead a sales opportunity to success.
  • Having your own sales network is desirable, but not a requirement.

Desired Knowledge

  • Experience in acquiring and building customer relationships with IT decision-makers, specialist departments outside IT and corporate managers.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies as well as modern IT architecture, technical functionality and its implementation. Ideally, you already have some certifications.
  • Good English knowledge.

Your Tasks

You support our customers in the service desk with your know-how. You take inquiries from customers and try to solve them yourself or with your colleagues.
